This is an exciting entry-level opportunity within the Group Billing and Revenue Assurance Team in Group Finance. As a Billing Projects Analyst, you will contribute to global finance projects, especially focusing on billing and revenue processes.
What You'll Do:
* Work with your line manager to prioritize project objectives and billing strategies
* Help gather and document requirements and processes
* Learn how to translate our needs into solutions by supporting system documentation, business cases, and strategy papers
* Support regional teams in their billing-related projects, ensuring they align with the global billing strategy
* Collaborate with experienced team members and external partners to develop solutions that meet our needs
* Help prepare documentation for operational teams and help ensure a smooth handover of projects
* Participate in continuous improvement efforts by learning to identify and propose process enhancements
* Billing related troubleshooting and support, partner with 3rd-party consultants, CoE, Project Partners and GCS resources to address issues and requests
Minimum Requirements:
* You recently graduated or are about to graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
* You are eager to learn about billing processes, revenue recognition, and finance operations.
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well in teams/individually in remote working setting
* You are motivated, enthusiastic, and open to learning new tools and processes.
