Role Overview Financial Leadership:Overseeing all aspects of the finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, cash flow management, and investor relations Growth Strategy:Partnering with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute strategic financial plans that support our ambitious growth goals Fundraising:Leading fundraising initiatives to secure capital for strategic investments, acquisitions, and further development. M&A Expertise:Identifying and evaluating M&A opportunities that align with our growth strategy and negotiating favourable deals. Data-Driven Decisions:Championing a data-driven culture, using financial metrics to inform strategic decision-making across the organisation. Building a Winning Team:Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Your Profile Essential Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a high-growth environment. Proven expertise in leading successful M&A transactions. Strong background in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning. Demonstrated ability to secure funding and manage investor relations.
