Amazon is developing infrastructure aggressively to support this growth around the world, particularly in the booming cross border selling area. In this context, Amazon’s Services team is seeking an experienced business leader to identify the potential business opportunities for bringing South East Asia sellers and sell globally on Amazon marketplaces, as well as take part in defining the vision and go-to-market strategy.

7. Must be technically competent and have a strong understanding of e-commerce technologies, including partner ecosystem.

9. Data driven and “quantitative” mentality with an ability to back up ideas with facts or examples.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management within ecommerce or technology sectors.
2. Proven record of leading large business organization across multiple locations; recruit and develop exceptional talents, building high-performance team in rapid change environment; cultivating a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment, and driving innovations.
3. Demonstrated track record of winning/establishing strategic relationships with enterprise customers/partners and/or brand owners.
4. Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
6. Flexibility to work across multiple time-zones in multiple languages.
7. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science or relevant field of study, MBA is a plus.
8. Vietnamese language speaker is a plus.
15+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level).
Experience working with emerging technologies.
