The Role
Cubic³ are looking for a Data Analyst to lead Service Delivery Data objectives with the goal of creating and improving reporting and monitoring resources available to the team. Key responsibilities will be to support the Service Delivery to oversee the build, maintenance and improvement of all existing Service Delivery reporting, optimise the data sets for accuracy and provide enhanced reporting capabilities supporting achievement of Service Level Agreements. The role reports to the Integration, Quality, Process and Test Support Lead and is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Requirements
* Technical Support: Act as first point of contact for Service Delivery to troubleshoot data related issues reported internally and externally.
* Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements clearly and comprehensively. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
* Reporting and Visualization: Develop clear, concise, and insightful reports and dashboards using visualization tools.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
* Collaboration and Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of data insights.
* Empowering data-driven decision-making: Develop and train internal stakeholders to create their own suite of dashboards and reports.
The Person
Essential Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in a Computer Science, Data Engineering or relevant field.
* Proven experience performing significant data analysis and report development.
* Strong SQL experience, including experience with various database technologies such as MS SQL Server.
* Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SSRS.
* Experience in support teams and customer support.
* Strong problem solving with ability to scope, structure and solve complex strategic and operational issues with high levels of ambiguity.
* Strong influence, people management and emotional intelligence skills. You must demonstrate the ability to influence at all levels and disciplines across the company.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
* Experience with Cloud technologies such as MS Azure and Snowflake.
* Programming experience e.g., Python.
* Experience with Agile methodology.
* Core design skills: ability to establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color.
* Experience working with telecom products or datasets.
