Job Title: Site Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team of experts in the construction industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
About the Role:
* Deliver a high-quality finish with zero defects, ensuring the project is both on time and within budget.
* Supervise and organise all direct and subcontract staff.
* Liaise with clients, design teams, and statutory agencies.
* Conduct Health & Safety / Risk assessments.
* Provide weekly reports to Contract Management and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
* 5 years of Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects.
* A high level of finishing expertise.
* First Aid qualification.
* Strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols.
* CSA Gold Card desirable (but not essential).
