About the Role: My client is seeking a talented Senior Sales Analyst Administrator to join their team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the sales team is motivated and rewarded effectively.
You will be responsible for setting up Sales Compensation Plans, analyzing data and generating reports.
We are looking for someone detail orientated with excellent communication skills with a strong understanding of sales processes and administration.
Key Responsibilities: End-to-end administration of sales compensation plans: This includes plan design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
Utilising the sales compensation system: ensuring accuracy and making improvements.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and the effectiveness of compensation plans Work closely with sales leaders and other teams to understand their needs.
Provide support and training on our compensation systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential Previous experience in sales compensation and data administration.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with others.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
