Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent Learning and Development Specialist to join an organisation in Dublin City. The role is Hybrid and the candidate must have 1 years experience in Learning and Development.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for the L&D function in the planning, co-ordination and delivery.
* Liaise with training groups with the roll-out of their training programmes.
* Co-ordinate the quarterly Induction Programme with new employees.
* Arrange the booking of trainers, venues, travel, accommodation and facilities for the organisations events.
* Answer any learning and development employee queries.
* Create reports on learning and development.
* Monitor the L&D evaluation forms.
* Assist with other L&D matters and on-going projects as required.
* Co-ordinate the Graduate Programme within the organisation.
* Co-ordinate the recruitment, induction, training, and on-going support of Graduate programme.
What you will need:
* Previous Learning and Development Specialist experience in the HR field.
* Relevant third level qualification at degree level in HR with CIPD membership (desirable).
* Proven HR Generalist and strong admin experience.
* Must have excellent organisational skill with strong focus on attention to detail.
