Transaction Reporting Specialist
AQMetrics is seeking a skilled Transaction Reporting Specialist to support our customers with MiFID2 Transaction Reporting obligations. This role offers an opportunity to join a high-growth firm and contribute to the development of next-generation features on our core product.

Job Responsibilities
1. Support MiFID customers with T+1 reporting obligations.
2. Contribute to the development of documentation, specifications, and enhancements for the AQMetrics regulatory platform.
3. Onboard new customers to the AQMetrics platform, including data mapping, onboarding, and product training.
4. Map customer data sources to the AQMetrics data interface.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of existing and emerging regulatory requirements.
6. Provide exceptional service to customers by responding to queries professionally.
7. Collaborate with the product engineering team to gather customer feedback and ensure product enhancements.
Requirements
* Degree in Business/Accounting or related field.
* Experience ranging from recent graduates to seasoned professionals.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
* Proactive and inquisitive approach to challenges and problem-solving.
* Background in Investment Management industry and/or regulatory compliance software a plus.

Interview Process
1. Introductory call with our HR Manager.
2. Technical assessment (role dependent) and/or phone interview with 1-2 people.
3. Onsite interview if progressing.
