Are you our next HR Specialist?
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced HR Specialist on a permanent basis who will join our People Function based in our Park Place Office, Hatch Street, Dublin 2.
This role forms an integral part of HR and sits within the HR Operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong People Skills, be proficient in their technical abilities, and their attention to detail should be excellent. They should also have a genuine interest in working with data with a view to maximising reporting capabilities across the firm.
A snapshot of your peer group:
1. Third level degree, preferably in HR or related area of study
2. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a large organisation
3. Intermediate knowledge of Excel is essential, as well as experience working with MS Office applications
4. Affinity to technology (SAP experience would be preferable but not essential)
5. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills is essential
6. Strong team player and flexible in their approach to work
7. Excellent communication skills to include written and verbal communication
8. Strong administration and support skills with the ability to work on own initiative
9. Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

10. Manage the team's regulatory requirements regarding the firm's performance development process
11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
AI and Automation Projects
12. Promote AI and its applications within the HR team
13. Lead projects to automate HR processes and improve efficiency
Performance Management
14. Assist in all areas of the Performance Management process for the firm
Reporting
15. Prepare and analyse HR reports to support decision-making
Promotions Process
16. Assist in all aspects of the promotions process
Pre-employment Screening
17. Assist with the screening process of employees working on specific client sites
General
18. HR Projects - Manage ongoing or new HR Projects as they arise
19. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal support groups and the business
20. Adhoc HR Reporting
