Job Description: Green Generation is an Irish company using anaerobic digestion to convert agricultural and food waste to renewable energy. We are leading the development of the ingenious circular economy to decarbonise the Agriculture and Transport sectors. Our grid injection point is the first of its kind in Ireland and paves the way toward achieving national and EU renewable energy targets.
As part of our renewable energy business, we interact with a multitude of customers and suppliers from different sectors, e.g., processing feedstocks from the food sector and procuring specialist equipment for our gas production.
We are currently looking to recruit an office administrator/bookkeeper for our accounts department based in Nurney Co. Kildare. We are looking for a candidate who desires a well-rounded and varied work experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Collect and issue POs and order equipment.
* Liaise with senior management on a day-to-day basis.
* Ensure that all documentation/paperwork is in order.
* Generate production reports.
* Operate weighbridge.
* Reconcile customer statements.
* Attend regular meetings with the accounts department.
Requirements:
* Competence in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to execute data entry with high proficiency.
* Good communication and IT skills required.
* On-the-job training will be provided.
Desirable:
* At least 1 year of administration experience.
Ability to Relocate:
* Nurney, Co. Kildare: Relocate before starting work (required).
