Microsoft is delivering AI for all with Copilot for Microsoft 365, your new AI assistant. You will work directly with enterprise customers to help them unlock the value of AI across their organization, along with the entire Microsoft 365 platform and Surface devices.
You will drive the day-to-day execution of Microsoft's strategic business priorities – selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and build digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft. Your exceptional sales skills, deep understanding of enterprise needs, and ability to build strong customer relationships will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and driving customer success.
As a Modern Work Digital Specialist, focused on our Copilot for Microsoft 365, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by generating pipeline, engaging with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales. It will be essential to understand the specific pain points and requirements of the customer's industry or organization and how AI will enable a whole new way of working. You will demonstrate how these solutions can optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and improve employee engagement will be key to successfully promoting Microsoft's offerings and help organizations unlock the full potential of their workforce.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs): 6+ years sales and negotiation experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience.

1. Porven experience selling cloud services to large/global customers.
2. Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
3. Understanding partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions/services to solve customer needs.
4. Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud platform competitor landscape.
5. Demonstrate the business value of Microsoft's solutions with an understanding of Microsoft's strategies and products relative to major Microsoft competitors.
6. Experience of driving end to end sales with customers leveraging all sales programs available to you
7. Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage competing priorities and work effectively with high levels of autonomy and self-direction in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment.
8. Capacity to learn and retain knowledge about systems, processes, products, and services quickly and accurately.
9. Build relationships, collaborate, and influence across organizations, functions, and stakeholder groups.
10. Operational and sales excellence discipline, including planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder communication, services/partner engagement and sales excellence practices including pipeline and opportunity management.
11. A desire to learn, grow, and drive change.
12. Developing demand and pipe by building BDM and ITDM networking, assessing strategic customer objectives, digital transformation opportunity discovery, key improvement scenarios and an ability to measure and present incremental and new economic value from solutions proposed.
13. Ability to sell solutions with connected end-to-end business transformation across business units within enterprise accounts.
14. Disciplined sales operator demonstrated accuracy in forecasting business and maintaining pipeline hygiene.

Responsibilities
As a Modern Work Digital Specialist, you will be a solution sales expert within our enterprise sales organization working with our most important customers. You will collaborate with a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed solution sales targets in your assigned accounts. You will help customers evaluate their business challenges, recommend solutions that meet their requirements, and close new business resulting in customer value and satisfaction.
15. Sales Execution : You will collaborate with virtual team members to identify customer business needs and contribute to the development of solutions. Proactively build an external stakeholder network to and implement strategies to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities.
16. Business Value Selling : You will foster and expand Microsoft’s relationship with Customer Business Decision Makers. Hunt new Modern Work opportunities by identifying and engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers’ business and technology priorities, governance, decision and budget processes, and landing the value proposition of Modern Work solutions.
17. Scaling and Collaboration : You will collaborate with a network of internal partners on the planning, orchestration and execution of Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
18. Technical Expertise: You will initiate Modern Work Business Decision Maker conversations, share best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas acting as a subject matter expert to make recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal.
19. Sales Excellence: You will collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, do compete plans, forecasting, and business analysis to pursue high-potential customers and manage Modern Work solutions across your accounts.
