About the Role: As the ADOS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning within our institution. You will lead academic planning, support teaching staff, and oversee curriculum delivery to create an exceptional learning environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and lead weekly placement testing in conjunction with Head Office.
* Create weekly class lists in conjunction with Head Office.
* Assign teachers to classes.
* Ensure teachers are up to date with administrative procedures including registers, learning outcomes, initial and end-of-course reports.
* Ensure Head Office receives initial and end-of-course reports, weekly class photos, end-of-course certificates, and any other information on request (e.g., parent requests regarding student progress).
* Hold regular meetings with staff and ensure that key points are documented and filed for future reference.
* Communicate regularly with the Head Office.
* Teacher Recruitment: Support recruitment efforts and ensure a smooth process for onboarding new staff.
* Communicate daily with the Centre Manager to provide updates on challenges and successes.
* Be available to teachers for class changes, advice, and reporting issues.
* Teach classes as needed (depending on student numbers and levels) as agreed with the Head Office.
* Induct new staff who join after the course has started.
* Create weekly break duty rotas.
* Arrange cover in the event of teacher sickness.
* Carry out any other reasonable duties.
* Design, implement, and monitor academic programs to align with organisational goals.
* Recruit, train, and mentor teaching staff, fostering their professional growth.
* Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
* Develop innovative teaching methodologies and student engagement strategies.
* Monitor student progress and implement initiatives to enhance academic performance.
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with industry and educational standards.
* Manage timetables, assessments, and academic resources efficiently.

* A postgraduate degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
