Role Description:
As a Fundraising Executive, you will work closely with the Individual Giving Manager, overseeing direct marketing campaigns and communications.
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end project management, from brief creation to post-campaign analysis, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Excellent training and developmentSupportive and dynamic teamKey Responsibilities: Work closely with the Individual Giving Manager and external agencies to meet KPIs and increase income.Manage the full project lifecycle for direct marketing communications and appeals, including data segmentation, content development, and print & post management.Conduct regular reporting and analysis to improve response rates, average gifts, and ROI.Research and implement innovative strategies to maximise revenue through various channels, including direct mail, telemarketing, and social media.Lead the development of donor journeys to nurture and strengthen relationships.Champion the use of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) for data segmentation, tracking, and reporting.Support the processing and acknowledgment of donations.Assist with fundraising events and work outside of regular hours when required.Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, or project coordination.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for data entry and analysis.Knowledge of EDM campaign management using tools like Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.Passion for social impact and fundraising, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.Understanding of homelessness issues in Ireland is a plus.If you're looking to make a real difference and build a rewarding career, apply now!
