The Role
We are hiring several Customer Service Specialists who will work in tandem with our existing contact centre team to manage customer enquiries, stock orders, campaigns, and appointment scheduling. This full-time role is based in our head office outside Naas, Co. Kildare and offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing Irish business that focuses on creating a positive working environment for all staff.
Responsibilities of the role
* Looking after our customers to ensure they receive the highest possible level of service and satisfaction with every touchpoint they have with Blackberry Hearing.
* Managing inbound calls from our customers, booking appointments for audiologists.
* Posting Customers Stock Orders.
Requirements:
* Exceptional Customer Service Skills
* Fast learner, happy to work in a busy fast-paced working environment
* Detail-oriented
* Full Drivers Licence
* Comfortable with IT (Experience with social media, CRMs a plus)
