We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Representative to join our team. Please note: this position is based on 3 days per week in our Dover office, and 2 days in our Lewes office. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day responsibilities associated with accommodating patients' arrivals, departures, and requirements at the main desk of the establishment, including:
* Greeting and checking in patients
* Answering incoming telephone calls
* Scheduling, canceling, and confirming appointments
* Transmitting and/or receiving messages
* Processing payments and verification of insurances
* Assisting clients with paperwork, including consent forms

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Qualifications:
* Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
* Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Familiar with computers and scheduling software
* Excellent multi-tasking skills
