**Project and Change Management Specialist**
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our partner teams in the execution and delivery of projects and programmes. These initiatives aim to design and implement improved public services.
This role involves expertise in Project, Programme, and Change Management. The specialist will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and effective change management practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
* Identifying and mitigating risks associated with project execution
* Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
* Developing and implementing effective change management strategies
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects and programmes. They will also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Candidates with experience in project and programme management, particularly in the public sector, are highly desirable. Knowledge of relevant frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile and PRINCE2, is also advantageous.
