At Cubic Telecom, we're growing rapidly and we want to ensure that our unique culture continues to thrive as we scale. We're looking for a Leader in our People Team to safeguard and nurture our culture, working closely with our Chief People Officer and other senior leaders.
This role will have access to every part of Cubic Telecom, allowing you to shape and deliver a world-class culture that aligns with our business strategy. You'll be responsible for one internal communications direct report and will work collaboratively with our People Director and Talent Development Director to support the business.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience working as a strategic People and Culture partner at a senior level within a scaling global company.
* Expertise and interest in areas such as culture, organisational psychology, employee engagement, EDI, and creating high-performance environments.
* Compelling communication skills to convey strategic business topics into digestible and engaging content.
* A passion for coaching and influencing leaders and people managers.
* An empathetic and pragmatic approach to solving organisational challenges.
* Curiosity in exploring and adopting new practices to keep Cubic current in our approach and practices.
* Resilience to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
* Ability to take on challenges with optimism and thoroughness in work quality.
