The Role
Our client is seeking a Revit Technician to collaborate with their high-profile clients in producing detailed Revit drawings for fire protection sprinkler systems in Mullingar. This position involves supporting the design team by developing precise 2D and 3D drawings for electrical and mechanical installations while ensuring adherence to strict quality standards. The role also includes revising and updating plans based on input from operations and installation teams, maintaining project documentation, and assisting in meeting deadlines and client expectations.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Revit Technician or related engineering role.
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
* Ability to follow structured procedures and support standardization in design.
* Relevant qualification in Revit or Engineering (e.g., Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
* Excellent attention to detail and technical drawing skills.
* Fluency in English.
* Capability to perform under pressure while adhering to project deadlines and quality processes.
* Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.
* Ability to commute or relocate to Mullingar Business Park, Co. Westmeath before commencing work.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop fire protection sprinkler system designs for prestigious clients.
* Create Revit drawings for electrical and mechanical installations.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain the highest quality of drawings, following QA procedures.
* Generate hydraulic calculations using industry-approved software.
* Plan and schedule project timelines.
* Prepare submittals and project documentation.
* Collaborate with operations and installation teams to address design and coordination challenges.
Working Hours
* Minimum 37-hour workweek: Monday-Thursday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM), Friday (9:00 AM - 3:45 PM).
