Transformation Change Management Lead - Organisation Design, TOM Director Our client is a global strategic transformation programme across all aspects of its business with a view to providing enhanced offerings to clients in this new digital world.
The ideal candidate will drive change in the organisation – know what it looks like – so interested in people and their change philosophy, challenges, process change, approach to change management, manage change, etc.
This role is about the implementation of a Global Operating model across the entire global business in all areas and all locations: Europe, North America, and Pacific regions.
As with all these types of roles, the focus is to standardise, simplify, automate, and work smarter – right-shoring, centralising functions, downsizing of teams, etc.
Everything is open for discussion.
Look at strategic transformation initiatives across investments, operations, client servicing, sales/distribution, finance, data, digital, etc.
This change transformation programme aims to improve efficiencies, processes, effectiveness & "value add" to the business while providing clients with a greater customer journey.
We are looking to focus on standardisation, automation, and working smarter to achieve a consistent positive client experience across the regions.
We are seeking interested candidates with experience in large-scale strategic transformation initiatives in a global organisation, strong on implementing change management processes, comfortable in a hands-on fast-paced environment, and clearly understanding what is involved in how people experience change.
Ensure change is embraced, bring people/execs on the journey, and show them what "good" looks like – real value add, enhancing client experience/customer journey, organisational design and change, target operating models, efficiencies/effectiveness, scalability, coaching/training, and adoption!
The ideal candidate background should have strong experience in Change – so we want to know about your change philosophy, challenges, process change, approach to change management, manage change, etc.
Overall look like:
10-15+ years in Global Transformation, Change Management, Organisation Change and Design, TOM Transformation experience within Financial Services, Investment Management.
Hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves type with experience designing and implementing large-scale global initiatives.
Comfortable in a large company – global matrix environment.
A Leader – Implement strategy – strong communicator, influence and presenting skills.
This is a high visibility role – so you need strong gravitas with excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
