Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Claims Specialist. This role will involve working in a customer-focused environment, handling treatment guarantees, and assisting with policy creation.
Responsibilities
* Enter treatment guarantees into the system.
* Check policies for coverage and complete treatment guarantees up to authorisation stage.
* Follow up on outstanding cases by telephone.
* Review work queues and prepare for distribution and system management.
* Assist in the processing of treatment guarantees.
* Record minutes of team meetings.
Requirements
* Experience in the health insurance industry.
* Ability to develop medical knowledge.
* Previous experience in a customer-focused role in an administrative capacity.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Completion or progression towards the Diploma in Private Medical Insurance.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Honesty and integrity.
* Ability to work under pressure.
