You will have a track record of working in a fast-paced environment and delivering on ambitious growth targets through driving customer engagement, purchase frequency, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive customer retention and loyalty
* Leverage data analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
* Design and implement email marketing programs that drive conversion and revenue growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts and achieve business objectives
Requirements
* Prior experience in managing an effective email marketing program
* Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and customer journey mapping
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns
