Immediate HR Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team on a long-term temporary basis. This role offers a chance to work in the heart of Belfast City Centre with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & Selection: Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle from job initiation to induction, ensuring seamless processes and efficient candidate sourcing.
* Attendance Management: Oversee attendance-related tasks, maintaining accurate records and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement.
* Employee Relations: Foster positive working relationships among employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Administration: Manage HR databases, maintain management information systems, and produce comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making.
* Learning & Development: Contribute to designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting professional growth within the organization.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within Human Resources or Personnel departments.
* Proven track record of managing recruitment processes, including job initiation, candidate selection, and onboarding.
* Up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation and experience in reviewing and advising on HR policies and procedures.
* Ability to manage HR databases and management information systems.
* A third-level qualification (e.g., degree) or Full CIPD membership, with working towards full membership highly desirable.
