About Your New Job as a Logistics Administrator
* Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipments
* Managing logistics administration – booking transport, scheduling health & safety checks, and keeping records up to date
* Monitoring inventory and warehouse organisation, ensuring all stock is accounted for and properly stored
* Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to optimise logistics workflows
* Maintaining compliance with health & safety regulations and coordinating necessary inspections
* Providing administrative support to the logistics and warehouse team
* Providing customer service to customers
This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of logistics or warehouse administration experience, who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
What Skills You Need
* 2-3 years’ experience in logistics, transport coordination, or warehouse administration
* Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently
* Confidence to take ownership of logistics processes while working collaboratively with the wider team
