Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales and hire representativeto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and increasing sales of our crane and lifting equipment. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored lifting solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales and hire opportunities within the construction, industrial, and logistics sectors. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess lifting needs and provide solutions. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and hire, preferably in the crane, lifting equipment, or construction industry. Strong understanding of cranes, lifting solutions, and related industry regulations (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain crane specifications. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
