As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Exyte by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, and will work closely with hiring managers across various departments.
This position is based in our head office in Maynooth, Co. Kildare.
Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
1. Managing the end-to-end fulfilment of requisitions to the business including: attraction, screening, interviewing and offer.
2. Proactively sourcing candidates through tailored database searches, advertising, social media and other sources.
3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
4. Liaising with 3rd party providers in the event of internal attraction methods being exhausted.
5. Holding weekly catch ups with project teams and hiring managers to ensure all recruitment is being progressed efficiently and any issues are being resolved quickly.
6. Wherever possible chairing on interviews and ensuring a relentless commitment to hiring the very best talent for the business.
7. Generating reports in relation to internal recruitment and open vacancies.
8. Ensuring a compliant recruitment process through our ATS and maintaining accurate records of recruitment MI e.g. cost per hire, hire source, etc.
9. Supporting the wider HR team on recruitment when necessary.
Essential
Show your expertise
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in house) in a relevant sector (i.e. Construction, Engineering or similar).
3. Proficient user of LinkedIn Recruiter, with a successful track record of sourcing passive candidates.
4. Familiarity with social media, CV databases and professional networking tools.
5. Positive, collaborative, can do attitude with both internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable
1. CIPD or further relevant qualifications in HR/Recruitment.
2. Driving license and own car.
