As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be the ultimate workspace matchmaker! You'll help clients find the perfect space for their needs and maximize revenue by driving new client acquisitions and increasing sales.
Your role will involve:
1. Crafting and executing a winning sales strategy from lead generation to closing deals.
2. Building powerful connections with business clients and brokers.
3. Hosting and organizing networking events to generate new leads.
4. Hitting (and exceeding) sales targets and KPIs.
Who we're looking for:
We need a natural-born networker who can light up a room and inspire prospects, experience of consultative B2B selling is required for this position. If you, have a knack for building long-term relationships, and are a hands-on, results-driven team player, then we want to hear from you!
