This position collaborates closely with proposal owners and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of proposals to meet client and business needs.
The role involves a blend of coordination, analytical review, and communication skills, all aimed at achieving success in Jones Engineering's pre-qualification submissions.
Your Responsibilities Include: Effectively identify, interpret, and organise proposal requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria to align responses with client expectations.Collaborating with internal teams to gather and organise information required for bids, proposals, and presentations.Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.Tracking and analysing proposal performance, compiling data on wins and losses to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in the proposal process.Desired Experience: High attention to detail, accuracy in written work, and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.A quick learner and self-starter with proven problem-solving abilities; capable of exercising independent judgment and effectively communicating issues across business functions.Excellent customer service mindset with strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally across all organisational levels.Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management software with a readiness to adapt to new technologies as needed.We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
