We are currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for our client’s hospitality business in Co. Wexford. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments
* Lead and motivate departmental teams to achieve operational and customer service excellence
* Monitor and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
* Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and achieve financial targets
* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences
* Oversee health & safety and regulatory compliance across the business
* Manage budgets, inventory control, and cost management
* Conduct performance reviews, training, and development of team members
* Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role within hospitality, leisure, or a service-focused industry
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
* Ability to drive operational improvements and deliver results
* Strong focus on customer service and quality standards
* Flexibility to work across different departments and varied shifts, including weekends
Location: Co. Wexford
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
