About Your New Job
They are expanding their team and seeking talented interior professionals to join as senior roles. Key duties include:
* Project Management: Lead planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
* Design Coordination: Collaborate with internal design teams and external partners to translate design concepts into practical built environments.
* SITE MANAGEMENT: Oversee daily site operations, supervising teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety standards, and conducting quality checks.
* Client Liaison: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
* Budget & Cost Management: Manage project costs, track spending, and ensure delivery within financial parameters.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
* Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges during the project, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.
What Skills You Need
Proven experience in office fit-outs, refurbishments, or interior design and build projects, strong knowledge of the interior fit-out process, design development, site management, and construction methods. A qualification in architecture, interior design, construction management, or related fields and experience working with building regulations is required.
