IT Service Analyst
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Type: Full-time
Region: North Leinster
We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for the role of IT Service Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic IT team, providing first-line support to internal users and being a key point of contact for business IT queries. You will be at the frontline of IT operations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally in line with service KPIs and departmental processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Log and resolve customer calls using the Service Desk system
* Manage incidents, including triage, resolution, and thorough documentation
* Respond to IT queries via Microsoft Teams and phone
* Update and maintain the internal knowledge base with relevant solution information
* Deliver on-site and remote technical support to end users
* Troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues
* Install and configure end-user computing devices
* Ensure adherence to IT SLAs and departmental standards
* Monitor the health and performance of critical IT systems
* Escalate complex issues to senior IT Service Analysts or relevant teams
