One of our clients, a rapidly growing IT company, is looking for a German sales professional to join their team of Account Executives.
You will be the first point of contact in the sales cycle. As a BDR, your initial engagement is crucial to our business success and contributes to the sales and marketing feedback loop.
Responsibilities and Tasks
* Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from our software.
* Partner closely with experienced SMB Account Executives and employ effective prospecting strategies to generate opportunities.
* Share learnings and best practices within the Outbound process to support team success.
Your Profile/Skillset
* Proficiency in English and German
* At least 1 year of experience in a BDR role (inbound or outbound), preferably selling MarTech or SaaS solutions.
* Experience selling to Founders, Business Owners, or Marketing personas, with strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/Retail/Brands domain.
* Ability to qualify, position, and generate leads.
* Enthusiasm for meeting targets.
* Excellent team player, always ready to go the extra mile.
