Clarity Locums is seeking an experienced sales professional for their nursing locum placement team. The successful candidate will work as part of our growing locum and agency staffing division. You will be responsible for winning new clients as well as maintaining and developing further relationships with existing ones, through both telephone and video meetings.
You will actively source new candidates through various means, including advertising and networking. You’ll also maintain regular contact with existing candidates using our database, whilst consistently hitting sales targets and KPI’s.

The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be target driven, have a background in healthcare recruitment. You must have a minimum of 3 years sales experience to apply for this job.
Duties and responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Answer all telephone calls in a friendly, professional and efficient manner and direct appropriately
Proactive relationship management with locums
Forecasting demand, churn rate and fall offs.
Putting strategies in place to meet said demand, decrease churn and fall off rate.
Optimising shift allocation for and engagement with locums
Multi platform project design, management and reporting
Liaise with clients
Manage workload, ensuring tasks are prioritised.
Communicate between clients and the locums
Follow established procedures consistently for all administrative tasks and projects
Fluent English - spoken and written
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
The successful applicant should be:
Computer proficient
Self-motivated
Extremely organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise daily workloads
The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Fluent level of spoken and written English
Excellent customer care skills
Confident and have a polite telephone manner

Have excellent interpersonal skills
Have the ability to delegate
Basic to intermediate understanding of statistical analysis
Previous healthcare Recruitment, staffing or sales experience

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 Determined on experience
