* PhD in health informatics, computer science, statistics, data science, or a related discipline
* Significant experience in database management, particularly with health data or in a clinical setting
* Strong technical skills in SQL, NoSQL, data warehousing, and data integration tools
* Proven track record of managing data in compliance with GDPR and other data protection standards
* Experience working with health research ethics committees and understanding of ethical approval processes
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using statistical software (e.g., R, Stata)
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment
Job Description: The position involves collaborating with Centric Health to develop a population-based analytic data system for decision support, population monitoring, and comparative effectiveness research. Key duties include:
* Designing and developing database architecture
* Ensuring seamless integration and management of health data from various sources
* Developing analytical tools and reporting mechanisms
* Managing data privacy and security in compliance with GDPR
* Engaging with stakeholders to align database management strategies with project goals
* Providing technical support and troubleshooting
* Creating documentation and conducting training sessions for users
* Managing project timelines and deliverables
* Leading and co-authoring papers for peer-reviewed publications
* Disseminating research results at scientific meetings and through other channels
