Job Title: Epic Clinical Application Specialist – Design, Build & Training
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – on-site presence required)
Duration: 2–3 years (Subject to bid award)
Start Date: Mid–2025 (TBC)
Rate: Competitive, based on grade (Level 2–6)
We’re building a pool of Epic-accredited consultants to support one of Ireland’s largest public health Epic implementations. These roles will cover clinical application build, workflow validation, testing, and training.
If you’ve worked hands-on with Epic modules (clinical or administrative) – whether as an Analyst, Trainer, or Principal – we’d like to connect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver design, configuration, and build of Epic modules
* Support workflow mapping and clinical process validation
* Collaborate with operational teams for workflow acceptance
* Contribute to application and integrated testing
* Support and/or deliver end-user training and adoption programmes
* Provide go-live and floorwalking support during rollout
Ideal Background:
* Epic-certified or credentialed in at least one clinical or operational module
* Experience supporting multiple stages of the EHR lifecycle
* Familiarity with large-scale hospital implementations
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
* 2–15+ years Epic experience depending on level
