We have an exciting opportunity to join our leading construction business as EDI Partner, to be based in our new Citywest Head Office in Dublin.As a dedicated EDI Partner, you will be responsible for the positive development of our existing EDI framework within Sisk, taking our agenda for Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging to the next level.You will be part of the Learning, Development and Inclusion team and cover our whole business, including Ireland, UK, and our projects in other European countries. Our purpose is to ‘create places for future generations’ and we manage construction projects across a variety of exciting sectors and groundbreaking solutions. We pledge to continue to foster a fully inclusive environment for all – including but not limited to our colleagues, partners, and the communities in which we operate.You will be based at our Dublin (Ireland) head office with regular travel to our other offices and project sites in Ireland, UK, and Europe. You will be a key member of our wider HR team and bring a pragmatic approach to influence, engage and deliver our EDIB agenda as an important element of our culture.You will be:Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to shape our EDIB strategy and drive implementation of agreed actions.Designing, managing, facilitating, and evaluating innovative EDIB learning and education plans covering topics such as Inclusive Language / Behaviour, mentoring, cultural awareness, and inclusive recruitment.Working closely with the Communications team to create a communications plan for internal and external stakeholders.Supporting existing and helping set up new ERGs within the business.Contributing to policy and process reviews and development, to cover the full employee lifecycle and breadth of diversity needs.Identifying and working to relevant metrics or KPIs to measure the impact of our plans and to ensure they drive meaningful change as referenced in Gender Pay Gap reports, the Irish Centre for Diversity accreditation process, and employee survey/feedback.You will have:3+ years’ experience in an EDIB responsible corporate role.
