Caseworker Role
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Caseworker to join our team in Limerick City office.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

About the Department
The Department of Social Protection refers clients to IPNES, who require intensive, targeted and personalised employment support services. Turas Nua delivers these services, using our industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
Purpose of the Role
As a Caseworker, you will manage a caseload of clients, coordinating internal support specialists and external organisations to provide a personalised, planned support service. You will provide one-to-one advice and support to guide clients' progress towards sustainable employment.
Person Profile
We are looking for a person with:
* Strong case management capabilities, including decision-making skills, relationship skills, and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to build rapport and trust with clients, motivating them to own their journey and achieve change.
* High self-motivation, with the ability to work in an office and remotely as part of a team.
* The ability to provide individual support to each client based on their particular needs.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and managing a robust case management plan for each client, working towards sustainable, full-time employment.
* Using our industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
* Providing coaching and mentoring to clients, including intensive job search support when the client is job ready.
* Identifying, structuring, and recommending training solutions in consultation with in-house tutors.
* Fast-tracking job-ready clients for immediate job interviews brokered by our Employer Services consultants.
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* A minimum of three years' experience of working in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
* Strong IT skills, including experience in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
