Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality projects for our client in Limerick.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
Coordinate and lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all project deliverables are met.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, providing regular updates on progress.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Manage procurement and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and control costs.
Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in construction, engineering, or a related sector.
Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
