Role: Responsible for the efficient system administration and stock management for our GSE Parts and Maintenance Department, General Company Stock Orders and Uniform processing.
Reporting to: GSE Management Team and Head of Human Resources Main Tasks: Data input to update Fleet Management System.
Extract system data on Ground Service Equipment for airline audits as required.
Assist with stock purchase, stock receipt and stock control and associated paperwork.
Assist with end of month reporting process.
Assist with AVP applications.
Plan and book vehicle NCT and CVRT's as required per maintained schedule.
Manage company post inbound and outbound, maintain franking machine balance.
Receive, Register, and Inform relevant personnel of deliveries.
Ensure the stock room area is managed and maintained in an orderly manner.
Responsible for the ordering and processing of stock received.
Maintain and manage third party contracts, including facilities contracts for example, water services, cleaning services, tea/coffee suppliers.
Book Duty Travel and Accommodation as required.
Manage stationary orders and maintain stock.
Communicate with the Finance Department regarding Purchase Order requests an delivery dockets.
Provide costing & stock reports when necessary.
Manage the uniform supply process with current suppliers including raising purchase orders with Finance then to ensure the regulation, control and delivery of uniforms to all staff.
Liaise with suppliers and negotiate preferential prices in consultation with the relevant Manager.
Source suppliers and create preferred supplier lists as required.
Ensure all items ordered are received and follow up with suppliers regarding any outstanding items.
Maintain stock control and conduct regular inventories.
Other duties will be assigned from time to time.
