Finance Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team at a leading real estate development company based in Dublin 2 with operations in Ireland and Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional looking to work in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and billing for the Group
* Ensuring payments are made and received in a timely fashion and in line with our payments policy
* Accurate processing of invoices in a timely manner
* Preparation of weekly bank reconciliations for several account statements
* Assisting management with various ad hoc tasks as required
* Assisting with preparation of statutory reporting as required and VAT returns
* Assisting with the year end audit process
Requirements:
* 1-3 years + experience as a Finance/Accounts Administrator
* Good exposure to AP, AR, billing, payments and reconciliations
* Good Excel skills
* Experience with Pleo, SAGE, Paperless or Yardi a plus
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent time-management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
