Location: Remote (Must be based in Ireland)
18-month PAYE contract
Experis have partnered with a Global Tech Giant who are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to provide Field Insights across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities include:
1. Holding bi-weekly meetings with Field Leadership.
2. Managing CSAM triage for their Premium Customers.
3. Collecting pipeline signals throughout the month for all customers and relaying these signals to the Demand Planning Team.
The successful candidate will play a key role by collaborating with the Sales Team to manage incoming demand and customer escalations related to capacity.
Experience required:
* 6-10 years of experience in data analysis, CRM data, and managing the sales pipeline and sales cycle.
* Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, translating both technical and business requirements to align with capacity constraints.
* Proven experience in presenting to management, including sharing capacity insights for regions and highlighting critical issues in the field.
* Experience with Azure is desirable.
