Kennedys is looking for a HR Advisor to join our HR team based in Dublin on a 1 year FTC.
The successful HR Advisor will support the Senior HR Manager EMEA deliver a high quality, proactive professional HR service to all offices in the EMEA region.

Team Kennedys HR team support the firm around the world with all people related matters.
The HR team is based in Chelmsford and London for the UK, Dublin for EMEA, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia for APAC, Basking Ridge for US and Miami and Mexico for LATAM.
The areas of HR that we have responsibility for are Business Partnering, Recruitment (including partners and early careers), Reward, HR Systems and Analytics, Learning and Development, Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity and Inclusion.
The team in Dublin is made up of a Senior HR Manager, a Recruitment Advisor and a HR Administrator who support EMEA and work very closely with the global HR team.
Key responsibilities Be a trusted advisor to the business for relevant area of expertiseProvide responses to and guidance on all HR processes and policies, from new starter, right through the employee life cycle to leaver process.
Advising employees and managers on all HR issues up to agreed point of escalation to the Senior HR ManagerAssist with the onboarding and induction of new workers, as well as the offboarding of leavers.
Assisting with the development and updating of HR policies and procedures as necessaryOversee payroll and benefits administrationManage strong employee relations and engagement through social, cultural, and wellness activities that are inclusive.
Manage the full investigatory cycle including note-taking, report writing and employee liaisonManage the welfare of all long term absent colleagues with regular contact and medical assessmentsCoordination of the global engagement survey and the actions arisingWork with Risk and Compliance teams on regulatory mattersProvide support for L&D, Engagement and HR project-based activitiesMaintain up to date and relevant skills and knowledge, in order to be a technical specialist in relevant area of expertiseDrive and support projects within the team and wider HR team, as well as ownership and accountability of some projectsIdentify areas of improvement/development and provide solutionsWork as part of a team but also work autonomously when requiredDevelop and maintain professional relationships at all levels, both internally and externallyAssist Managers/Senior Managers with key tasks and projects as required and act as a mentor to more junior team members.
Required experience Generalist HR experience, ideally working in a professional services environmentExcellent knowledge of employment lawStrong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
