Finance & Legal Administrator | Hybrid | D2
A prominent client based in Dublin 2 is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to support the CFO. In this role, you will be responsible for Finance & Legal admin tasks with a strong focus on office operations.
Below is a quick summary of what they are looking for:
Key Responsibilities:
* Finance admin: EMEA credit card program (Bank of America/GRAM), monthly reporting and reminders, tax withholding coordination, receipts and T&E support.
* Legal admin: Document handling (signatures, PoAs, notarizations), board meeting support, and maintaining records.
* Office ops: Mail handling, visitor coordination, onboarding support, lunch/event organization, equipment coordination with IT, supply restocking.
* Other: Support with organizing historical records and ensuring secure storage.
Profile:
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
* Friendly and proactive, enjoys working with people.
* Comfortable managing administrative processes and tools.
* No advanced degrees required – a strong admin/ops background is key.
