Health & Safety Officer Salary: € Job Type: Full time, permanent Experience: 1-2 years' required Our client, a leading production facility, is seeking a Health & Safety Officer to support day-to-day safety operations and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in risk assessments, safety inspections, and training programs while assisting the Health & Safety Manager. Key Responsibilities: Promote reporting of incidents, safety concerns, and near misses, and ensure corrective actions are taken. Develop, implement, and improve safety systems and processes. Lead and support risk assessments for tasks, processes, and equipment. Coordinate and deliver health and safety training programs. Conduct daily site walks and report findings to management. Essential Requirements: A relevant BSc degree in a related science subject, plus a basic safety qualification. 1-2 years' experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
