About the Role: They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for their customers, ensuring smooth operations across various business functions.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is eager to take on a variety of responsibilities while growing with the company.
Key Responsibilities: Process purchase orders (POs) and deliver sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Act as the primary liaison with suppliers, maintaining strong relationships to ensure timely deliveries and resolving any supply chain issues.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support to address their needs and concerns.
Perform basic administrative duties, such as updating records, managing documentation, and maintaining internal systems.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Adapt to different roles as required in a small company setting, contributing to the success of the team.
Requirements Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools; experience with Sage 50 Professional is a plus.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the flexibility to take on various tasks as needed.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; they value a willingness to learn and develop.
