Base pay range
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in our efforts to attract, select, and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on direct sourcing and will employ creative talent attraction strategies to build a robust talent pipeline. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sourcing and Talent Acquisition
1. Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through direct search methods, including headhunting, social media, networking, and referrals.
2. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
3. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills testing, and reference checks, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
Creative Talent Attraction Strategies
1. Develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.
2. Utilize social media platforms, industry events, webinars, and content marketing to enhance our reach and appeal to potential candidates.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging recruitment content, including job postings, videos, and blog posts.
Candidate Experience
1. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
2. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and maintain regular communication to keep them informed of their application status.
3. Coordinate and manage the candidate onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Stakeholder Management
1. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Provide expert advice on talent acquisition trends, market conditions, and best practices.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of recruitment processes with business objectives.
Process Improvement
1. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Implement innovative sourcing techniques and tools to stay ahead of industry trends.
3. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Reporting
1. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
3. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or similar role, preferably within a services-led business.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, direct sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
3. Demonstrated creativity in developing and executing creative and innovative talent attraction strategies.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
