Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental protection are consistently maintained, striving to out-perform standard practice at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain quality throughout project delivery, meeting business policy and exceeding client expectations.
* Lead the assigned project delivery team, including Site Management and Supervision staff, Procurement team, Commissioning team, and Design team.
* Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the project scope and actively manage changes from this scope using contractual mechanisms.
* Cordinate and manage design, procurement, subcontract packages of work, DfMA/OSB, commissioning, and handover processes.
* Maintain a presence on site during construction, ensuring day-to-day operations align with the programme and budget.
* Evaluate programme and budget impact on decision-making during project coordination and management.
* Participate in Client meetings as the lead representative of Glan Agua.
* Prioritize procurement progress according to the project programme/schedule.
* Secure supply chain value through competitive tendering and continuous challenge.
* Oversee all technical aspects of the project, ensuring clear and consistent understanding among project team members.
* Liaise with and coordinate project support staff, including SHEQ, Planning, and Commercial teams.
