Sales Operations & Bid Manager
A fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role supporting sales operations, bid management, and CRM implementation at a dynamic and growing company. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role is ideal for someone with a background in sales account management who wants to expand into operations, bid management, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bid & Tender Management - Lead and manage RFI/RFP/PQQ/ITT submissions, ensuring timely and high-quality proposals.
* CRM & Sales Operations - Oversee CRM (Salesforce experience a plus), optimise pipeline tracking, and automate sales workflows.
* Process Improvement - Identify and implement business automation tools to enhance efficiency.
* Product & Vendor Support - Work with sales and engineering teams to develop pricing strategies and manage vendor relationships.
* Commercial & Strategic Involvement - Support contract reviews, pricing models, and sales presentations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration - Engage with finance, sales, and operations teams on key business initiatives.
