My client in the IT industry is looking to recruit an (Office) Operations/Accounts Manager for their facility in Co. Offaly.
As the Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations, team management, scheduling & client relations. You will also be responsible for managing the finance/accounts process of the organisation.
This is a permanent job with company benefits.
This role is full time onsite Mon-Fri.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
1. Lead your team and ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
2. Ensure the IT/Engineering teams are managing and processing the IT ticketing system.
3. Manage team schedules.
4. Build and maintain strong client relations with new/existing clients.
5. Implement best practices in workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Oversee sales & purchasing invoicing.
7. Manage bank reconciliations, revenue, and payroll processing.
8. Prepare month/year end financials.
What are we looking for?
1. Experience working in a similar management/operational role – essential.
2. Payroll/invoicing/bank reconciliations/month/year end financials - essential.
3. Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems & accounting systems i.e. SAGE.
4. Strong customer service & people skills.
5. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently.
6. Strong communication & leadership skills.
7. Ability to lead your team.
