We are seeking a Property In house Desktop Loss Adjuster to join our Claims Customer Experience Team at Aviva. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with the Property Claims Executive and other Property Claims Advisors to ensure that customer claims are handled to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pro-actively manage and handle a desktop portfolio of personal and commercial property claims, including ongoing customer engagement, cost delivery, and meeting individual customer needs.
* Work with our Motor & Liability Claims Teams in managing Third Party Losses.
* Drive Technical excellence in claims validation through effectively identifying and scoping work in line with policy cover and market rates.
* Provide training and upskilling of our existing property claims handlers from validation to settlement of property claims.
Requirements:
* CIP qualified or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in Loss Adjusting or Property Claims Handling is a must.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including the CPC/CICA, and GDPR.
* Roland negotiation skills and a strong focus on customer service.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
