Role Title: Sales and Service Representative
Department: Actavo HomeCharge
Reports To: Team Leader
Location: Dublin 12
Role Purpose: As a Sales & Service Representative, you will be responsible for converting HomeCharge electric vehicle leads to sales and responding to customer enquiries in support of the HomeCharge customer service and sales processes.

Principal Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures.
2. Lead to sales management: Converting HomeCharge leads to sales while focusing on customer needs.
3. Customer Experience: Answering and resolving customer enquiries to deliver great customer experience.
4. Dispatching jobs to Field Technicians and maintaining contact to ensure appointments are kept.
5. Responding to Technicians queries and ensuring issues are dealt with efficiently.
6. Providing Technicians with technical information as required.
7. Assume ownership and responsibility for all assigned calls and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA).
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Electric Vehicle products and procedures.
9. Compiling call logs and reports on a daily and weekly basis.
Person Specification:
Experience:
1. Previous experience in a contact centre environment preferred.
2. Experience in a telesales environment.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
2. Sales: Phone-based sales skills with excellent lead to sale conversion rates.
3. Interpersonal: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Business Skills: Excellent communication skills.
5. Personal: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexibility in line with business requirements.
